The Black Hills Forest is located just outside of Burkittsville, Maryland, in Frederick County. It's the location of many incidents involving the Blair Witch legend; however, evidence indicates that the local Indian tribes may have believed that the woods were haunted or infested by a malevolent presence long before Elly Kedward came to the area.

Coffin Rock is located in the forest. In 1886, a search party looking for young Robin Weaver had gone missing and were later found here nude, tied together and disemboweled with strange occultic symbols carved into their foreheads an lower back areas. Those who'd discovered them returned with help, but the bodies had vanished without a trace.

In 1994, Heather Donahue, Joshua Leonard and Michael Williams went into the Black Hills Forest to film a documentary about the Blair Witch, but they never returned.

Ouvi dizer que o Tony Carreira vai fazer um concerto para angariação de fundos e que os mesmos revertem a favor dos bombeiros.
